New Home Design and Drafting
Building Value Partners, LLC works with home builders and home buyers to design homes that fit busy lifestyles as well as quiet retreat homes.  In addition to traditional construction drawings, we provide 3D visualizations and rendirings throughout the design process to help the home buyer better visualize the completed home during the design process.

Pre-sell Marketing Package
Building Value Partners, LLC works with home builders to help sell their spec houses earlier in the construction process.  We provide extensivve interior and exterior renderings and virtual walkthroughs.  These allow potential customres to walk through and look at the house months earlier than if they waited to walk through the actual house.

Major Home Remodeling and Additions
Building Value Partners, LLC works with home builders and home owners to design and document improvements to existing homes.  BIM is an ideal tool for "looking inside the waslls and under the floors".  This helps builders follow load paths and understand how the changes will effect the existing home.  The visualization tools help the home owner understand the changes before construction begins.
